Job Title: Quality Assurance Intern

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance (QA) Intern to join our team.
As a QA Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in ensuring the quality of our products and services.
You will work closely with our QA team to assist in testing, identifying issues, and improving our processes.
This internship is designed to provide you with practical experience and a deeper understanding of QA methodologies and tools.

Key Responsibilities

Testing and Analysis:

Assist in the development and execution of test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
Perform manual and automated testing on various applications and platforms.
Identify, document, and track defects and issues using QA tools.

Collaboration:

Work closely with the development team to understand product functionality and requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.

Documentation:

Create and maintain comprehensive test documentation, including test cases, test scripts, and defect reports.
Assist in the preparation of QA reports and metrics for review by the QA Manager.

Process Improvement:

Participate in QA process improvement initiatives.
Provide feedback on the effectiveness of QA processes and suggest enhancements.

Learning and Development:

Stay updated with the latest QA trends, tools, and best practices.
Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance your QA skills.

Requirements

Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and a passion for quality.
Basic understanding of software development and testing methodologies.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Familiarity with QA tools (e.g., Selenium) is an added advantage.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Salary

N30,000 Monthly
