Responsibilities and Duties
- Deliver exceptional nursing care aligned with individualized care plans.
- Skilfully administer prescribed medications and treatments.
- Maintain precise records of vital signs, ensuring meticulous documentation.
- Collaborate seamlessly with our multidisciplinary team to strategize and execute holistic care plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of residents’ well-being.
- Uphold a clean and secure environment in adherence to infection control measures.
- Communicate proficiently with residents, their families, and fellow professionals.
- Inspire and guide junior staff, setting a remarkable example.
Requirements
- Active NMC registration as a Nurse with a valid PIN.
- Previous experience within care homes or equivalent settings.
- Proficiency in clinical skills, grounded in nursing best practices.
- Effective communication, fostering strong interpersonal connections.
- Adaptability to function independently and as a valued team player.
- Compassionate and patient-centric approach to delivering care.
- Eligibility for Tier 2 sponsorship.
