Job Description
We are seeking a talented and passionate Content Creator and Social Media Manager to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing content strategies to enhance our brand presence, engage our audience, and drive growth across various social media platforms.
This role requires a creative thinker with excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of social media trends.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation:
Develop, design, and produce engaging content (e.g., articles, blog posts, videos, infographics, social media posts) aligned with our brand voice and marketing goals.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling campaigns and promotional materials.
Ensure all content is consistent in terms of style, quality, and tone of voice.
Analytics and Reporting:
Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics for content and social media initiatives.
Utilize data to optimize content performance and inform future strategies.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
Coordinate with external partners, freelancers, and agencies as needed.
Social Media Management:
Manage and oversee the company’s social media accounts, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth.
Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications, and apply knowledge to increase the presence of the brand.
Community Engagement:
Interact with followers and respond to inquiries, comments, and messages in a timely and professional manner.
Build and nurture relationships with key influencers and stakeholders in the industry.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing,
Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
3 – 5 experience in the field.
Familiarity with paid social media advertising and campaign management.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Manager, or similar role.
Strong portfolio showcasing your content creation and social media management skills.
Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in using social media platforms and tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
Knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and web traffic metrics.

Salary: N200,000 – N300,000 Monthly and benefits package.
