Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving business growth.
This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Manage client accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to assess their satisfaction and address any issues or concerns.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for customer acquisition and retention.
Analyze customer feedback and provide insights to improve products and services.
Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, highlighting the benefits of our products and services.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Assist in developing and implementing customer service policies and procedures.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and in a timely manner.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the business.

Requirements

Candidates should possess Bachelor’s Degrees in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or account management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.
