They are currently seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) or Junior Account Executive (AE) to join their team. This role is perfect for a driven individual with experience in sales and CRM systems, looking to grow into an Account Executive position.

Key Responsibilities:

Inbound Lead Vetting: Vet inbound leads to ensure they meet qualification criteria and book appointments for the sales team.

Communication: Engage with prospects through emailing, calling, texting, and video conferencing to build relationships and set up meetings.
CRM Management: Utilize CRM systems to track and manage leads, ensuring all interactions are documented and followed up appropriately.
Sales Reporting: Report to the Head of Marketing on sales activities and progress, providing insights and updates regularly.
Growth Path: Show dedication and performance to grow into an Account Executive role, handling larger accounts and more complex sales processes.

What Success Looks Like:

Qualified Meetings: You have consistently booked a high number of qualified meetings, contributing to the sales pipeline.
Lead Conversion: Your effective vetting and communication have resulted in a significant conversion of leads to qualified prospects.
CRM Proficiency: You have maintained accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM, ensuring a seamless sales process.
Client Satisfaction: Positive feedback from prospects and clients regarding their interactions with you.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Experience: 2+ years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success.
CRM Experience: Proficiency in using CRM systems is required.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Sales Experience: Experience with consultative selling to SMBs is highly advantageous.
Tech Savvy: Comfortable with various communication tools and platforms.
Growth Mindset: Ambitious and eager to learn, with a clear path for growth into an AE role.
Compensation: Offers commission based on qualified meetings booked, with details to be negotiated.
