We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Digital Marketer / Social Media Manager

Location: Okota, Lagos

Job Summary

The candidate will develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns promoting the organization’s products and services.
The candidate will majorly enhance brand awareness, drive web traffic, and acquire leads/customers and also manage all social media.

Key Responsibilities

Develop marketing strategies that align with the organization’s business goals
Manage and execute campaigns across various digital channels, including email, social media, search engines, and display advertising Measure and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities and improve campaign performance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and web development, to produce engaging content and optimize user experience
Stay up-to-date with emerging digital marketing trends and technologies

Qualifications

3-5 years of checkable experience in digital marketing or related field
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and display advertising
Proficient in marketing automation tools
Excellent analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
Strong project management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Important Skillset:

Proven working experience in digital marketing
Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas)
Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement

Salary
N150,000 – N180,000 Monthly.
