Job Title: Graphic Designer

Location: Nationwide (REMOTE)

Job Description

The overall objective of this consultancy is to ensure a seamless implementation of the SARMAAN II training roll.

Responsibilities

Develop concepts, graphics and layouts, including making decisions about fonts, images, readability and readers’ needs in collaboration with the content writer and implementation team.
Determining size and arrangement of copy and illustrative material, as well as font style and size.
Preparing rough drafts of training material based on an agreed brief
Work with the technical writer to finalize the graphic contents of the training manual and other materials.

Expected Output/deliverables: Participate in training to provide context on integrated tools and collate feedback from users of the materials.
A working draft of a training manual with a proposed set of handouts and job aids to be further developed by an illustration designer
Revise and refine the content of the training manuals after receiving feedback from the stakeholders
Deliver the finalized Training Manual, training plan and treatment algorithm

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in industry-standard design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, etc.).
Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.
Excellent IT skills, especially with design and photo-editing software.
Exceptional creativity and innovation.
Excellent time management and organisational skills.
Accuracy and attention to detail.
Professional approach to time, costs and deadlines.
