Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detailoriented Virtual Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support.
The ideal candidate must be comfortable working in a remote environment and be available during official working hours via a screensharing mode.
This role requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple tasks efficiently, ensuring that operations run smoothly.
Responsibilities
Administrative Support: Perform general administrative tasks, including but not limited to, managing emails, scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining records.
Calendar Management: Organize and manage the executive’s calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings across different time zones.
Document Preparation: Prepare, edit, and format documents, reports, presentations, and other materials as needed.
Data Entry & Management: Input, update, and maintain data in various systems and databases with a high degree of accuracy.
Communication: Act as a point of contact for internal and external communications, responding promptly and professionally.
File Management: Organize and maintain digital files, ensuring easy access and retrieval.
Research: Conduct research on various topics and present findings in a clear and concise manner.
Travel Coordination: Arrange travel plans, including booking flights, accommodations, and other logistics.
Task Management: Track and follow up on tasks to ensure completion and adherence to deadlines.
Screen Sharing: Be available to work via a screensharing mode during official hours to facilitate realtime collaboration and task monitoring.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and other relevant software.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
High level of discretion and confidentiality.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with screensharing tools and platforms.
Reliable highspeed internet connection.
Specify working hours and time zone.
Must be available online and in screen-sharing mode during these.
Salary
N50,000 – N80,000 monthly.
