Key Responsibilities
- Growth Strategy: Develop and implement strategic plans to expand our luxury market presence, with a focus on high-value client acquisition and revenue growth.
- Advanced Sales and Partnerships: Leverage advanced sales techniques to target and secure partnerships that align with our brand’s luxury standards.
- New Business Development: Identify and secure opportunities in premium markets that drive growth.
- Negotiation and Deal Closing: Lead negotiations on high-value contracts, securing favorable terms that reflect our upscale brand positioning.
- Market Insight: Stay informed on luxury market trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities to keep Pawnshop by Bluradish at the forefront of the industry.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in business development, advanced sales, or a similar role, ideally within the luxury or high-end retail sector.
- Strong networking skills and a proven ability to build partnerships in the luxury market.
- Advanced communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills suited to high-net-worth clients and luxury brands.
- Strategic mindset with a refined, professional demeanor.
Salary
N400,000 – N600,000 per month.
