Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Principal Software Engineer to lead the design and development of innovative solutions in software engineering, data science, and artificial intelligence.
In this role, you will explore emerging technologies, prototype cutting-edge solutions, and transform research insights into scalable, real-world applications.
Your expertise in programming languages such as Java, Golang, Rust, and Python will be essential in shaping the future of impactful products and customer experiences.
Responsibilities
Conduct research on emerging technologies and identify areas for innovation.
Design, prototype, and develop advanced solutions to enhance existing products and systems.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement new technologies and methodologies.
Stay updated on the latest trends in software engineering, data science, and AI.
Analyze data, run experiments, and optimize performance metrics.
Document research findings, design processes, and experimental results.
Partner with external experts to leverage insights and resources for research projects.
Contribute to intellectual property strategies, including patent development.
Assist in defining project goals and aligning research objectives with business needs.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards during the R&D process.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related field (Msc prefereferd).
Over 10 years of experience in software engineering, data science, or AI-focused R&D roles.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Golang, Rust, and Python.
Strong knowledge of algorithms, data structures, operating systems, distributed systems, and database internals.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and adaptability skills.
Leadership Skills:
Proven experience managing and mentoring engineering teams.
Skilled in resource allocation, performance feedback, and stakeholder communication.
Ability to align team goals with project objectives and drive impactful outcomes.
